XRAY challenge Denmark took place on the 1st of may at Tulstrup, north of copenhagen. The day started with rain, and a nice flat track with a lot of grip. 39 danish and swedish drivers attended to this race.
By the time the first round of qualification started, the rain stopped and the track was in an excellent condition, and the weather was getting better and better during the day. |

| Swedish driver Michael Pålsson was TQ after 3 rounds of qualifying, and the fastest lap was set by XRAY driver Magnus Pålsson. The 14 fastest qualify directly to the semi-finals, and among the 14 drivers there where 6 XB8 (3 of them started with buggy this season). Fastest XRAY after qual, was Magnus Pålsson in pos 5. I did have some trouble getting the right grip in 2nd and 3rd round, and ended up as number 12 after qualifying, and directly to the semi.. |

After the qualification rounds, the track became slightly more bumpy with lesser grip, but the laptimes didn't increase much.
In the semi finals there were some very close racing, everybody was fighting for the top 5 position that ensures the place in the final. My engine stalled after the first pitstop, and I lost about 1½ lap and descended from 3rd to 7th place, and therefore I was not able to reach up to the 5th place which could have ensured my place in the finals. |

In the final, Michael Pålsson drove consistently and was leading the entire race, and ended up wining 3 laps ahead of number 2. The 4 following cars were on the same lap after 45 minutes.
